During the Iowa Great Lakes Rotary quarterly club assembly held in July, the club voted to donate to the following two organizations this quarter: Big Splash Aquatics and OkoboTree. Accepting for Big Splash Aquatics from Club President John Battern is Karen Taylor Burton, and from OkoboTree is Kathy Fahy.
The donations are part of the Iowa Great Lakes Rotary Club's process for distributing member contributions. Each quarter, club members will take an active part in distributing the money via an in person vote and discussion. We look forward to hearing more about how each of these donations has made an impact.
