New Member Induction

 

The IGL Rotary Club is pleased to welcome Gary Hurley as their newest member.  Gary is from McClelland, Iowa, and went to University of Nebraska in Omaha majoring in business.  His career in the insurance industry started with Travelers Insurance for 7 years with specialized training.  He then moved to an independent agency in Council Bluffs called the  Silver Stones Group, where he eventually became owner and president,  with 170 employees, retiring  in 2001.

As a Rotarian for over ten years in Council Bluffs, he and his wife Beverly have 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. One of his children lives in Spirit Lake!
