Frank Sackett Speaks to Rotary June 30

Frank, who was a history major at the University of Iowa, shared his experiences working as a production assistant with the sitcoms Boston Common and also on the final season of Seinfeld. Once of the highlights of his job "with the copy machine" as he puts it, was having the chance to meet Lloyd Bridges on one of the episodes of Seinfeld. Currently, Frank is the Associate Post Producer for "Suite Life on Deck" for Disney. He is responsible for finding the backgrounds for scenes, special effects, visual effects and getting the show ready for audience viewing and for final airing. He also shared with Rotary a typical week for him from the production meetings on Monday mornings through table reads and rehearsals to live tapings and the editing process.
